Contact ABAB OK support for account, privacy, deletion, billing, or product questions.

1. Contact Support

For help with ABAB OK, contact us at support@abablabs.com.

Please include the email address associated with your account, a brief description of your request, and any relevant device or app version information. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Account Deletion

If you have an ABAB OK account, you can request account deletion from the Account area in the app. You may also request deletion by emailing support@abablabs.com.

  • Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  • Include the email address or account identifier associated with your account.
  • We may need to verify your request before deleting the account.
  • Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

3. Privacy Requests

To request access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy rights, email support@abablabs.com.

Include your name, contact information, state or country of residence, and the privacy right you wish to exercise. We may verify your request before responding.

4. Billing and App Store Purchases

If you purchased through an app store, subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests may also need to be handled through that app store account according to the app store's terms.
